Returns (Damaged or Heat-Altered Items)

We only accept returns for items that:

  • Arrive damaged in transit

  • Have been altered or compromised due to heat exposure during delivery

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of your order’s delivery date

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send a full refund or replacement item at no cost to you.

Warm Weather Shipping Reminder

During warmer months, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your tracking and bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Please avoid leaving your order in a hot mailbox or outside for extended periods.

For best results, consider having your items shipped to a location where someone can receive them right away. Exposure to heat may cause your product to melt, which can affect its whipped texture. While this does not impact the quality or benefits of the ingredients, it may change the appearance and consistency.

Exchanges
